We believe that access to innovative, motivational, and data-driven tools in physical education should not be determined solely by a school’s financial resources.
The principal office shall be located in Chicago, Illinois, or such other location as the Board may designate.
Authority: The Board of Directors governs the Foundation and oversees policy, finances, and mission direction.
Composition: The Board shall have at least three (3) directors; a majority must be unrelated.
The Foundation sources, configures, and distributes affordable data-tracking kits and companion digital platforms to schools.
The Foundation may prioritize equitable access by donating or subsidizing equipment for schools with limited budgets.
